If the you are trying to log in and the Amplify version is out of sync, the device's cache needs to be cleared to load correctly. Clicking on Load Latest Version will attempt to clear the cache. If you still can't log in after trying that a few times, try and clear the cache using the browser or device's method.
On a computer, Windows/Linux: Hold down Ctrl and F5 at the same time while the page is open in the browser.
On a Mac: Hold down Cmd, Shift and R keys at the same time while the page is open in the browser.
On a mobile device

In the browser, tap the menu button in the upper right hand (three vertical dots) and select “Settings” from the drop-down menu then tap “Privacy” and “Clear Browsing Data” then tap “Clear Data”.
On an iPhone, open the Settings app, then select Safari, then select Clear History then Website Data, then Clear History and Data
